Jayne – Financial Coordinator

As the financial coordinator at Lynnwood Smiles, I am available to discuss payment options with you to help make your dental treatment affordable. Questions regarding payment plans, treatment needs and insurance benefits are encouraged. I believe it is important to have all the information available in order to make the best decision regarding your dental health. I feel privileged to be working with Dr. Tobias and the rest of our team. I know that when a patient has completed treatment, they have received the highest quality dental care possible. My time away from the office is spent with family and friends, gardening, kayaking, and traveling to sunny places.

Jaclyn – Scheduling Coordinator

As the scheduling coordinator at Lynnwood Smiles I am the first person you will talk to when you call the office and the first face to greet you as you walk thru the door.  I truly enjoy getting to know each of our patients and making them part of our dental family. I feel fortunate to be part of a team that is so dedicated to dentistry and educating our patients on oral health. We cater to every individuals needs and manage to keep everyone smiling along the way. When I am not assisting patients in the office I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, reading a good novel, cooking, traveling, and rooting for the Huskies! Go Dawgs!

Elise – Treatment Coordinator

As a treatment coordinator, I work with Dr. Tobias to optimize oral health by providing our patients with the best dental care available. The team here at Lynnwood Smiles is more like family then co-workers. You can usually find us, along with our patients laughing and sharing stories throughout the day. Dr. Tobias truly cares about our patients and always goes out of his way to give them their best smiles. In my free time I enjoy running, traveling and reading.

Brieann – Treatment Coordinator

I truly find joy in helping patients throughout their treatment needs. I know it can be very stressful to come to the dentist’s office and I do my best to make their experience as comfortable as possible. I am here to answer any questions or concerns you might have about your dental health. When I’m not assisting our patients I spend my time traveling, working out, spending quality time with my family and golfing.

Janaia – Dental Hygienist

I am responsible for educating my patients on how to achieve ideal oral health and helping them maintain that level of health through regular checkups and cleanings. Getting to know my patients on a personal level is one of the best parts of my job. They become much more like friends than just patients. Everyone here at Lynnwood Smiles has a goal of making sure patients are taken care of in every way possible. My husband, Jesse, and I have a son named Kade and we’re expecting baby number two. We also have two dogs, Hank and Harley.

Kellie – Dental Hygienist

I have had the pleasure of working in the dental field for over 20 years as a hygienist. In that time I have gotten to know our family of patients on such a personal level that I consider them more like a friend. Each patient is special to me, I love hearing about what changes may have occurred in their lives since our last visit together. My goal is to care for each patient in a calm, professional manner while creating beautiful, happy smiles. At home I am busy with my beautiful little girl Kaylee.  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, horseback riding, and walking along the beach.

Gretchen – Dental Hygienist

It is my goal to make our patients feel at home at Lynnwood Smiles. Through on-going communication and education, I make sure to address all of our patients’ short and long term goals when it comes to their oral health.Being able to share my skills and compassion with our family of patients makes me excited to come to work each day. At home, I have a one-year-old Peeka-poo named Mickey. I love to jog around Greenlake Park and discover new places to eat around the Seattle area.
